OCTOBER WEBINAR: ACA 1094/1095 Employer Reporting – Year 3 (and Possible Changes to the ACA)

Many employers hoped that Congress would make changes to the ACA that would eliminate or simplify the ACA employer reporting process. As you all know by now, that has not happened. The IRS has released the new 2017 forms and instructions, so it is time to make sure employers are ready for reporting due early in 2018. In this webinar, we will review the rules, discuss changes, and help employers prepare for this year’s reporting. Also note that by the time of the webinars, we will know once and for all whether Congress has made any changes to the ACA rules this session. If any significant changes have been made, we will shorten our reporting discussion and provide an update on new developments and breaking news.
