If you have an EAP in place, it will likely offer on-site, online and/or telephonic counseling services. Many of the major insurance carriers are also stepping up and making accommodations, examples of which include:
- Allowing early prescription refills.
- Broadening access to providers.
- Waiving precertification and other requirements.
- Approving extensions of hospital and facility stays.
- Extending premium due dates.
Our Onsite Wellness team is here and ready to facilitate these resources and also to customize programs such as crisis management seminars or stress-relief programming like a massage day.
